We’re delighted to reveal the shortlist for the Build to Rent Awards 2025. This year has seen a record number of entries, with the standard higher than ever before.
Our expert panel of judges dedicated significant time and care to reviewing every submission. They were hugely impressed with the quality, innovation and impact demonstrated across the sector, making the shortlist is a real achievement, and every finalist should be incredibly proud.
The Build to Rent Awards are all about celebrating the people and organisations raising the bar in rental living: delivering exceptional homes, innovative services and outstanding experiences for residents.
Winners will be announced on Friday 24 October 2025 at The Londoner, Leicester Square. The ceremony promises to be a fantastic afternoon of networking, recognition and celebration for the entire Build to Rent community.
With the sector continuing to grow in both scale and significance, these awards are a true showcase of the best in Build to Rent. From forward-thinking developments to the teams making a real difference day to day.
