Introducing Women in Living 100: Nominations now open

Across the living sector, women are leading organisations, driving investment, delivering homes, influencing policy, building communities and creating opportunities for the next generation. Yet there is growing criticism that at recent events, and in many professional settings, leadership teams and decision-making forums remain male-dominated.
Inside Housing Living has launched Women in Living 100 (WIL100): a new initiative celebrating the exceptional work, achievements and impact of women across the living sector.
Developed by Inside Housing and guided by a board of respected industry leaders, WIL100 will recognise 100 women whose work is making meaningful impact across the sector. More than a list, WIL100 will shine a light on the people driving positive change across the industry while creating a platform that amplifies voices, raises visibility and creates opportunities for the women shaping the future of living.
Entries close on 18 September 2026
Whether you’re a rising star, an established leader or someone making a difference behind the scenes, WIL100 recognises the breadth of talent, expertise and impact throughout the industry. Nominations are welcome from across the living sector, including build-to-rent, student accommodation, later living, affordable housing, investment, development, operations, consultancy and the wider living ecosystem.
You can nominate yourself or a colleague.
Alongside the Women in Living 100, the following will also be recognised:
· Talent Under 30 – celebrating emerging talent and future leaders
· Lifetime Achievement – recognising women whose careers have left a lasting impact on the sector
Those selected for the inaugural Women in Living 100 will join a growing community of influential leaders helping shape the future of the sector, with opportunities to:
· Contribute to editorial content, judging panels and industry discussions
· Attend exclusive Women in Living 100 networking events and initiatives
· Receive a complimentary delegate pass to Housing 2027
The inaugural WIL100 will be announced at Housing Week London 2026.
Most importantly, WIL100 is an opportunity to celebrate the people making a positive impact across the living sector today while inspiring those who’ll shape its future tomorrow.
