Founder and CEO
Love to Rent was founded by Anne-Marie, who has 25 years of experience within the property industry, in producing, through her own company, residential development branding, design, creative and marketing and PR strategies for housing associations, local authorities and private sector clients.
These projects have been both large and small, open market sale and Shared Ownership tenures with the constant of always requiring an acute knowledge of both client needs and market movements. The emerging Build to Rent market, where developments respond to a completely new demographic, with different living choices and aspirations, proved a challenge to existing business structures.
Since 2017, working with clients in the emerging Build to Rent market, it became clear to Anne-Marie that this needed a new and diverse digital platform to fully reflect its unique place in the market. It has, to date, been managed by existing formats that don’t embrace vital aspects of its appeal. Anne-Marie sort advice, support and comment from other experts that she has worked closely with over the years to test her thoughts ... And so was born Love to Rent.
Chair
With over 30 years’ experience in both private and the housing sector Peter Sloane has provided incisive evidence-based programmes to maximise outcome and performance across large and small developments.
Peter has a long-established record managing at director level at firms such as Knight Frank and Savills where he ran successful teams, now Peter has focussed his property knowledge on assisting to establish Love to Rent as the main go-to web portal for all Build to Rent properties.
Head of Operations
With over 14 years’ experience in the housing sector Rebecca has a proven track record working for local authorities and private developers.
Her previous roles working at Savills predominantly entailed providing advice in relation to the sales and marketing of new developments and overseeing the sales processes from instruction through to completion of the development.
She has managerial skills with a proven track record of career progression working within the housing sector.
Finance Director
Simon is an experienced accountant with extensive director and board-level experience within the Financial Services sector having had exposure to the full life cycle development of organisations; financial integrity and accuracy of MI; development of complex decision and performance financial models and the forecasting and budgeting in alignment with overall strategic and operating plans.
